1. OUR STANCE ON RETURNS

Because the UNFADED Thrive Formula is a premium, consumable nutritional supplement, we do not accept returns at this time. Once a food product leaves our secure distribution facility, we cannot re-shelve or re-sell it for strict safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons.

2. THE STARTUP REALITY

We are a young, independent UK business launching from scratch. We intentionally priced our flagship formulation at an accessible premium per unit, compared to the aggressive corporate supplement subscriptions on the market, so that trying Unfaded is a low-barrier investment in your healthspan. Because we operate on thin margins to keep this price fair for everyday consumers, we simply cannot afford the immense administrative and reverse-logistics overhead of processing physical product returns.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS WRONG?

While we do not offer returns for "change of mind" or sensory preferences (such as taste or mixability), we stand entirely behind the physical integrity of our shipments.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • The Process: Do not ship the product back to us. Instead, email our team at info@unfaded.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged packaging.

  • The Resolution: Once verified, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement bag immediately at zero extra cost to you.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CONTROL

To avoid receiving an unwanted bag of Unfaded in the future, remember that you are in complete control of your billing cycle. You can skip a month, pause, or cancel your recurring framework instantly via your Shopify customer dashboard before your next 30-day billing cycle triggers. We do not issue refunds for subscription renewals that were not cancelled prior to the automated billing date.
