1. FULFILMENT & HANDLING TIME

Every order of the UNFADED Thrive Formula is managed, packed, and dispatched directly by our team at Unfaded Labs. We do not rely on third-party drop-shipping operations.

  • Processing Windows: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Tracking Confirmation: As soon as Unfaded Labs hands your package over to the courier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking reference number to follow its journey in real time.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We provide multiple delivery options via Royal Mail to ensure your order fits seamlessly into your routine. All shipments are packaged in a streamlined, minimalist format measuring 8.6 x 5.4 x 1.6 inches, weighing under 1 lb, which allows for effortless delivery through standard UK letterboxes.

We currently offer the following shipping tiers across the United Kingdom:

  • Royal Mail 24: Designed for fast turnaround. Typically arrives within 1 business day after dispatch.

  • Royal Mail 48: A reliable, cost-effective option. Typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Offers step-by-step tracking peace of mind. Typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days with signature/delivery confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping: Our baseline, low-friction shipping option. Typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the specific Royal Mail service selected and your delivery location. The rate displayed at checkout is exactly what it costs to ship the product—no hidden logistics surcharges are added.

4. WRONG ADDRESSES & MISSED DELIVERIES

Because we use automated systems to generate shipping labels via Shopify, Unfaded Labs is not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

  • The Rule: Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your purchase. If a package is returned to Unfaded Labs due to an address error, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to re-dispatch the order.
