1. AVAILABLE PURCHASE OPTIONS

To accommodate your routine, Unfaded Lab Ltd offers two distinct purchasing structures on our Shopify platform:

  • One-Time Purchase: You buy a single bag of the UNFADED Thrive Formula. You are charged once, and no future shipments or charges will occur.

  • Subscribe & Save (Recurring Subscription): You enrol in our recurring subscription framework to receive a continuous supply of our formulation at a transparent price point 

2. SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATION & INTERVALS

By choosing the Subscribe & Save option, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription includes an initial payment and recurring charges, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until cancellation.

  • Billing Cycle: Your designated payment method will be automatically charged £24.99 GBP every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.

  • Automatic Dispatch: Upon successful processing of your recurring payment, Unfaded Labs will automatically fulfil, pack, and ship your monthly supply via our standard shipping protocols.

3. THE CANCELLATION GUARANTEE & WINDOWS

We believe in absolute commercial sincerity and zero friction. You are never locked into a contract and can cancel your subscription at any point.

  • The Deadline: To prevent being billed for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription less than 24 hours before your automated billing cycle triggers, the current month's order will be charged, processed, and shipped. Your cancellation will then take effect for the following month, and no future charges will occur.

4. HOW TO MANAGE OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You do not need to call us, email us, or navigate a convoluted cancellation process. You can manage your account completely independently:

  1. Log into your customer account dashboard on the Unfaded website (https://www.unfaded.co.uk/).

  2. Navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Select the option to pause delivery, skip a month, modify your renewal date, or cancel the subscription completely with a single click.

5. FAILED PAYMENTS & SUSPENSION

If your designated payment method fails on your renewal date (due to expiration, insufficient funds, or card changes), our system will automatically re-attempt the charge over a 7-day period. If the payment remains unsuccessful after these attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused, and your scheduled shipment will be withheld until your billing details are updated.
